Third places for Europe : we are in !

Very happy to represent Climate Change Lab in the first edition of the Third Places for Europe.

✨We shall explain how we successfully created a #commons process in order to « make, learn, share solutions to face #climatechange effects ». This process has been proven with african and french local communities, fablabs, companies and civil organizations in the #forgecc project (11 countries, 30 workshops for citizens, 900 pages of cc by sa documentation to train groups).

✨The idea is that we now should train people and citizens to use the atoms around them, no more to make them come from the business mondialization, in order to drastically change our ecological impact. This is called distributed fabrication using digital commons by the fablabs networks.

✨We have proven that it works with other local entities that agree to share every object design, how to build manual, and workshop pedagogical formulas in the common good of humanity through the internet.

✨We have signed an experimental « contract of commons » with more than 20 entities that successfully made all the documentation available through « compatible » licences via our digital platform https://forgecc.org. Everything begins at the local level and workshops come from the local needs.

✨Thank you for this honour : we’ll try to be a good ambassador for our partners and the community infront of the third places of Europe ! #tp4eu
